Risk Assessment Risk Assessment is a structured process of identifying hazards, evaluating their impact, and implementing control measures to reduce risks. 
1️⃣ Identify Hazards 
📌 Definition: Recognizing potential sources of harm (e.g., machinery, chemicals, working at height). 
2️⃣ Assess the Risk 
📌 Definition: Evaluating the likelihood and severity of an accident or incident. 
✔ Low Risk: Minimal harm, easily controlled. 
⚠ Medium Risk: Can cause injuries; needs proper control. 
❌ High Risk: Severe consequences; immediate action required. 
3️⃣ Implement Controls 
📌 Definition: Applying preventive measures to reduce or eliminate risks. 
✅ Hierarchy of Controls: Elimination (Remove the hazard) Substitution (Replace with a safer option) Engineering Controls (Isolate the hazard) Administrative Controls (Training, procedures) PPE (Last line of defense) 
4️⃣ Monitor & Review 
📌 Definition: Regularly checking risk controls to ensure effectiveness and updating when necessary.
